The contributions donated to the Biennial of Cerveira Foundation are regulated within the regimen of Maecenas (Portuguese Legislative Regulation number 74/99), and considered as expenses. Thus, they are not subjected to recognition by a common resolution from the Government and the Ministry of Finances.
